A first look at CrossStay / Website previewAn early working version

The Hotel Readiness Audit

See your hotel
through your
next guest’s eyes.

A clear picture of what works, what creates uncertainty, and what to improve first.

We review the journey from discovery to booking for the international guests you want to reach. Every recommendation connects to an observed gap or a question worth answering.

What you take away

Less guesswork.
A clearer next move.

A practical working document and a review conversation, built around your hotel’s priorities.

01 / Guest journey review

See where
guests get stuck.

Selected search, listing, website, and booking journeys reviewed on mobile, with screenshots and the questions each step leaves open.

  • Discovery and property identity
  • Information and language continuity
  • Booking or inquiry handoff
02 / Hotel information map

Know what needs
a better answer.

A map of missing, inconsistent, or difficult-to-find facts, with suggested owners and a source of truth.

  • Room fit and occupancy
  • Arrivals, access, and practical details
  • Policies and inclusions
03 / AI & action checks

Separate what’s known
from what’s assumed.

Sampled AI answers and supported actions checked against approved hotel facts, with tools, prompts, and test dates recorded.

  • Answer accuracy and missing context
  • Usable links and labeled forms
  • Clear limits and human escalation
04 / Prioritized plan

Choose the fixes
that come first.

A sequenced set of recommendations, separating content changes, operational decisions, and technical work.

  • Priority, effort, and dependencies
  • Named owner for each next step
  • A baseline for checking progress

A small detail. A real decision.

A ground-floor room
isn’t the same as
a step-free stay.

A guest may need to get from the car to reception, their room, breakfast, and the pool without stairs. A single room label can’t answer that.

The audit turns this kind of uncertainty into a specific information requirement and a practical next step.

A collaborative process

Start with context.
Finish with direction.

  1. 01

    Agree the questions

Your property, priority markets, current systems, and the guest journeys worth testing. We confirm the scope, fee, and timing together.

  2. 02

    Follow the guest journey

Review selected channels and touchpoints, record evidence, and flag where hotel input is needed to separate a missing answer from a missing service.

  3. 03

    Review the findings together

Walk through the evidence, correct any assumptions, and agree which changes are useful and realistic.

  4. 04

    Choose what happens next

Use the plan with your team and existing partners, or discuss a separately scoped implementation sprint with CrossStay.

A good fit when

You have a strong property
and a specific growth question.

You want to improve a real international guest journey, can involve someone who knows hotel operations, and have a workable path to update information or systems.

What we need to begin

  • Your website and relevant public listings
  • The markets and guest types you want to reach
  • An overview of your booking and inquiry process
  • A contact who can confirm hotel facts

No guest records or passwords are needed for an initial conversation.

Before we begin

A few
useful answers.

Will we need a new website?

Not necessarily. We start with your existing website, booking engine, and channels. The right solution may be better information, a clearer handoff, or a small technical change. A rebuild is a separate decision.

Is this an AI ranking service?

No. We examine information accuracy, discoverability, and supported actions. AI responses vary, and no audit can guarantee rankings, citations, bookings, or revenue. Sampled results are recorded as observations, not promises.

How are price and timing decided?

We agree them after understanding the number of properties, markets, languages, channels, and journeys involved. You receive a clear scope before committing. There is no automatic subscription.

Are implementation and integrations included?

The audit provides findings and a prioritized plan. Website changes, content production, channel setup, live inventory connections, and ongoing support are scoped separately if useful.

How does China-market work fit in?

When China is a priority, we review the relevant Chinese-language information, cultural context, channels, and inquiry or booking route. Account eligibility, operational language support, payments, and actual access need property-specific verification.

About this preview

A work in progress,
thoughtfully shared.

This is an early website preview. The brand direction, offer wording, and contact process are still being refined. Search-engine indexing is disabled.

The demonstration hotel, all of its facts, and the concept photography are fictional. They are not a client case study or evidence of results.

No analytics, advertising cookies, or external font requests are used. Inquiry fields are processed only in your browser. Nothing is submitted to CrossStay, and the website does not save the fields.

The hosting provider may process standard request logs. This preview notice will be replaced with the appropriate policy before a connected contact form launches.
